As a PhD physicist with a strong foundation in complex technologies, particularly in electronics and software, Alexandra strengthens our team with her deep technical insight and adaptability. Her ability to quickly navigate intricate technological topics allows her to engage with new challenges swiftly, developing inventive solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Since joining Bals & Vogel in 2009, Alexandra has become an integral part of our firm. With years of experience and a steadfast dedication to her work, she leads cases independently and has secured significant outcomes in major opposition proceedings at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.
In addition to her work with clients, Alexandra actively contributes to the European Patent Office (EPO) as a member of Examination Board III for the European Qualifying Examination (EQE). Her dedication to training future patent attorneys, along with mentoring patent paralegal trainees in our firm, reflects her commitment to knowledge-sharing and professional development within our team.
