In every IT project, there comes a time when a crucial question has to be asked: Do we use open source projects and contribute to open source projects with our own commitment, or do we patent our inventions?

Together with Horst Thieme from Red Hat GmbH, Daniel Braunsdorf from Viada GmbH & Co. KG and Manfred Tropper from Mantro GmbH, we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the vastly contradictory approaches in an open atmosphere on November 4, 2019 in Munich.
