Even before the entry into force of the Agreement on the Unified Patent Court last year, our law firm had already been closely examining the imminent arrival of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) through intensive presentations. With our recent involvement in an infringement action before the Dusseldorf Local Division of the UPC, we are now one of the first law firms to confirm our position and our expertise in European patent law and to further deepen the firm's experience in this field for the benefit of our clients.
